Abstract: Emotional steadiness and a positive outlook on life are two components of mental health, which together make up the individual's level of adjustment with themselves, others, and their surroundings. The main aim of the study is Analysis on The Relationship Between Students' Mental Health and Personality Traits. In order to gather data, the investigators initially chose 30 schools to sample from across six different districts in Haryana. There was a significant gender gap in the connection of male and female students' mental health with emotional intelligence and the personality characteristic of extroversion, and this was true for students from both rural and urban environments.
